Terms and conditions

Last updated: 15/09/2026

These Terms and conditions govern the chauffeur-driven passenger transport service (Italian "NCC", noleggio con conducente) provided by NCC ROMA ("we" or "the carrier") and booked through https://noleggioncc.com, by phone, email or WhatsApp. By sending a booking request you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. The carrier

The service is provided under Italian Law no. 21 of 15 January 1992 as amended, with licensed vehicles, drivers holding the required professional qualifications and insurance cover for passenger transport.

2. The service

We provide transfers to and from airports, ports, stations and private addresses, as well as hourly hire and tours on request. The private service gives you exclusive use of the vehicle; the shared service, where available, includes other passengers and may involve short waits or detours for other stops. The vehicle category shown is guaranteed; the model may be replaced with an equivalent or higher one at no extra cost.

3. Booking and confirmation

  • The request you send is not yet a confirmed booking: we check availability and send you the confirmation, normally within a few hours. Until then neither party is bound.
  • The booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation with your booking code by email, SMS or WhatsApp. If you receive nothing within 24 hours, please contact us.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter: date and time, addresses, flight, ship or train number, number of passengers, luggage and child seats. Incorrect details may make the service impossible or cause extra costs.
  • Check the summary you receive and tell us about any mistakes straight away.
  • We may decline requests with incomplete details or unreachable contacts, or when the service is not available.

4. Prices

  • The price is the one shown in the summary when you send the request, for the route, number of passengers, vehicle and extras chosen. Prices shown include VAT.
  • Unless otherwise stated in the summary, the price includes the vehicle with driver, fuel, tolls and parking during the included waiting time.
  • Supplements may apply and are always shown in the summary before sending: night or public holiday services, extra luggage, child seats, passengers beyond those included, intermediate stops.
  • Price to be confirmed: for routes not in our price list we may accept the request without a final price. We tell you the price before confirming and you are free not to accept it, at no cost.
  • Per-kilometre fare: for some routes the price may be calculated on the estimated road distance. Stops or detours requested during the trip are charged according to the additional distance and time, as agreed with the driver.
  • Waiting beyond the included time is described in section 8.

5. Payments

Accepted payment methods: Cash to driver, Card/POS on board, Bank transfer.

  • Cash: payment is made directly to the driver, normally at the start of the service; the exact amount is appreciated.
  • Card / POS on board: card payment is made in the vehicle, with any fee shown in the summary.
  • Bank transfer in advance: as instructed in the confirmation; the service is guaranteed once the payment is received.

A tax receipt or invoice is issued as required by law. If you need an invoice, enter your billing details in the notes or send them to us before the service.

6. Cancellations and changes by the customer

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time.
  • You can cancel online from the "My booking" page, using your booking code and email, within the free cancellation period.
  • Late cancellation: if you cancel after that deadline, a fee of 50% of the price is due.
  • No-show: if you do not arrive at the meeting point within the included waiting time and without letting us know, the service is considered performed and 100% of the price is due.
  • For return bookings, cancelling only the return trip follows the same terms, calculated on the return time.
  • Changes: ask as early as possible. Within the free cancellation period changes are free of charge, subject to availability and to any price difference for the new route or time.
  • Refunds: amounts already paid are refunded, less any fees due, within 14 days using the same payment method. If a fee is due and you did not pay in advance, we may ask you to pay it.

7. Cancellations or changes by us

If we cannot provide the service for reasons attributable to us, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you an equivalent alternative or a full refund of what you paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Punctuality, waiting time and delays

  • Airport: the driver tracks your flight using the number you gave us and waits for up to 60 minutes after actual landing, at arrivals with a sign showing your name.
  • Port and station: the included waiting time is 45 minutes from the arrival of the ship or train (if you gave us its number) or from the agreed time.
  • Other places (hotels, homes, addresses): the included waiting time is 15 minutes from the agreed time.
  • Extra waiting: beyond the included time, and depending on the driver's other services, waiting costs €10.00 for every 15 minutes or part thereof. If we cannot reach you and the wait goes on, the service may be treated as a no-show.
  • If you are running late or something unexpected happens (lost luggage, customs checks, ship delays), call us straight away on +393453255325.
  • Departures to airports, ports and stations: you choose the pick-up time; we recommend allowing enough time for traffic, security checks and boarding. We are not liable for missed connections caused by a pick-up time chosen too close to departure or by the customer's delay.
  • Travel times are estimates: we are not liable for delays caused by exceptional traffic, accidents, road closures, weather or other causes beyond our control. The driver chooses the most suitable route in compliance with the Highway Code.

9. Passengers, minors and child seats

  • The number of passengers may not exceed the number stated in the booking or the seats in the vehicle.
  • All passengers must wear seat belts.
  • Minors travel with a responsible adult, unless agreed in writing in advance with the person holding parental responsibility.
  • Child seats: for children's safety and in compliance with the Italian Highway Code (Art. 172), children shorter than 1.50 m travel with a restraint system suited to their weight and height. Request child seats and boosters when booking, stating the number and age of the children; you may also bring your own approved seat. If the required seat was not requested, we may be unable to carry the child.
  • Reduced mobility: tell us about any needs in the notes. Folding wheelchairs travel free of charge; for specific needs we check in advance that a suitable vehicle is available.

10. Luggage

Each passenger may bring one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. Bulky items (bikes, skis, strollers) must be mentioned in the notes.

  • Luggage exceeding the capacity of the booked vehicle may require a larger vehicle, with the corresponding price difference, or may be refused.
  • Dangerous goods, weapons and illegal substances may not be carried.
  • The driver helps with loading; fragile or valuable items and documents remain in your care, subject to our liability within the limits of the law.

11. Pets

Small pets are welcome in a suitable carrier; larger animals only if stated in the request and accepted by us. The customer is liable for any damage or extra cleaning of the vehicle.

12. Conduct on board, damage and cleaning

  • Smoking is not allowed on board, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products.
  • Food and alcoholic drinks may not be consumed on board without the driver's consent.
  • The driver may refuse or stop the service, without refund, in case of violent, abusive or unsafe behaviour or evident intoxication.
  • We cannot accept requests that breach the Highway Code, such as exceeding speed limits or stopping where it is not allowed.
  • Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers and extraordinary cleaning (for example significant dirt, spilled liquids or pet hair) are charged to the customer at the cost actually incurred.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in providing the service due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, accidents, road closures, exceptional traffic, strikes, orders of the authorities, health or public order emergencies. In these cases we refund the amounts paid for services not provided.

14. Liability and insurance

  • Vehicles are covered by third-party liability insurance for passenger transport, with the limits required by law.
  • We are liable for injury to passengers and damage to their luggage under the Italian Civil Code rules on passenger transport.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses (for example missed flights, ships, trains, hotels or events) not caused by our fault.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, or the rights granted to consumers by the Italian Consumer Code.

15. Lost property

Please check you have not left anything behind before getting out. Items found in the vehicle are kept for 30 days and then handled as required by law. To recover them, contact us with your booking code; any shipping costs are at your expense.

16. Complaints

To report a problem or make a complaint, write to info@noleggioncc.com with your booking code, preferably within 14 days of the service. We will reply within 30 days.

17. Right of withdrawal

As this is a passenger transport service to be performed on a specific date, under Articles 47(2) and 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. You can still cancel the booking under the conditions in section 6.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, as provided by the Consumer Code.

19. Alternative dispute resolution

If you are a consumer you may contact an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body listed under Article 141-decies of the Italian Consumer Code, or start mediation with a body registered with the Italian Ministry of Justice. The European ODR platform for online dispute resolution was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Your booking is governed by the version published when you sent the request.
